Evidence Gathering: Overseeing the collection and analysis of evidence to support IP infringement claims, including conducting market surveys, forensic analysis, and digital investigations .Managing all operational cases to ensure that we are delivering effective performance on raids

Training and Awareness: Providing training and awareness programs to internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders on the importance of IP protection and best practices for safeguarding intellectual property rights.

Deciding the investigative methods, for big targets, creating the investigation plan/log And Identifying future improvements on Investigations.
