Roles & Responsibilities
What the job involves
- Pipeline Management & Data Integrity - Maintain and update the investment pipeline across funds and co-investments, ensuring CRM (DealCloud) data is accurate and up to date. Perform data checks and support the refinement of portfolio tracking and reporting frameworks.
- Investment Process Support - Review and summarise investment materials, assist with memos and due diligence notes, and participate in GP and founder calls. Coordinate follow-ups and provide support through the execution and legal phases of transactions.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting - Consolidate and analyse data from fund and company reports to track performance and KPIs. Work with Investor Relations and Operations on client reporting, and contribute to developing monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Investment Research & Market Analysis - Evaluate new fund and co-investment opportunities across private equity, credit, and venture capital. Conduct market and sector research to inform ongoing deals and investment strategy.
- Relationship Management - Support senior team members in maintaining relationships with GPs, founders, and external partners. Coordinate meetings, document insights, and ensure timely follow-up on key actions.
