Role Intro
The HRBP is responsible for leading and coordinating HR initiatives for Nestl in Iran and will create and implement the People Strategy as aligned with the Nestl Middle East Strategy. The HRBP s responsibilities extend to manage the Local HR Services based in the Tehran HO with strong collaboration with Qazvin factory.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to & Execute HR Strategy:
• Support the organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and challenges
• Act as People co-Pilot to the Iran leadership team
• Drive flawless execution of Global, Market and local HR Initiatives. Coordinate and execute workforce planning for Iran. Provide timely recommendations to the country manager on people agenda
Organizational Design & Development (OD&D):
• Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure in Iran to drive superior performance (taking account of Nestl principles, policies & local business context).
• Ensure people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities
• Manage effective organizational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies
• Shape the culture to align with Nestl goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line Managers in their implementation of core people processes
• Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs
Performance & Talent Management:
• Develop the People Plan and Talent Management agenda for Iran, in cooperation with the Talent Center of Competence
• Support Line Managers in delivery of key HR processes, such as succession planning and performance reviews
Employee Engagement:
• Establish and maintain effective and positive win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation
• Give input to complex individual employee situations, legal cases, employee relations issues
• Lead the promotion of an inclusive culture that is safe, productive, empowering and equitable
• Coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestl Purpose and Values
• Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices)
HR Organizational Alignment and Functional Development:
• Partner with the respective Centers of Competence and Local HR Services team to drive development of the function and ensure the strategic needs of the business are considered as solutions are delivered
• Share insight and understanding with Centers of Competence that support the development of new requirements and drive continuous improvement
• Leverage high quality resources from the Nestl Middle East Market and above Market Centers of Competence Teams
• Partner Finance in budgeting and costing
Key Requirements
• Bachelor s Degree
• 7-10 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 5 as an HRBP or HR Manager in a large/matrix organization
• Experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies
• Experience across all HR disciplines such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Organizational Design
• Project Management & Change Management
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Strategic & Hands-on operational Capability to drive HR initiatives
• English is a must Farsi is a Plus
