The DOT Lebanon Team is seeking Account Executives for its Information Technology sales team with a focus on Managed Services and Solution Services. Solutions you will be providing to clients include Managed IT, Managed Security, Managed Data Protection, and Managed Cloud.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
- Manage and follow up on qualified leads/clients with nationwide coverage
Qualify client request considering the deliverable s scope with factors of timing, budget, and job context
- Act as the quarterback that coordinates solution design, quotation and proposal development
- Follow up with the client for closing (winning) the deal (providing the client a win-win solution)
- Manage project cycle from customer inquiries, building the workflow, identifying the workforce, quality assurance, and submission of deliverables within set timelines
- Sustain long term strategic relationships with both public and private sector clients
Update and track all activities in the organisation s CRM
Position Qualification & Skills Requirements:
- Minimum of master degree in the field of Business, Sales or Computer Science
Must have at least 3 years experience of business-to-business IT solutions at a corporate level
- Outstanding organizational as well as time-management skills
- Great level of technical understanding of available IT solutions (ex. Cloud, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, CRM)
- Experience in software manufacturers, IT consultancies, and technology solutions organizations
- Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales
Strong negotiation, advocacy and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Critical Thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working within teams
- Solution and Result Driven
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to engage with customer at all levels
- Skilled at agreeing and closing deals, with strong client relationships experience
- Ability to Meet Goals, to Work Under Pressure, High Energy Level, Motivation, Ambition,
- Technical Skill, Strategic Planning Skills, Creativity, Attention to Detail
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
