Desired Candidate Profile

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system and network administration, IT security, hardware/software maintenance, and user support within the UAE business environment. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Handle system updates, patches, and backups. Network Management: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure network security and data integrity through proper configuration and monitoring. IT Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain IT inventory and manage user access controls. Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity policies and best practices. Manage antivirus, firewalls, and other security tools. Ensure data protection compliance according to UAE regulations. Cloud & Backup Management: Manage cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS. Monitor and execute regular data backup and disaster recovery plans. Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support. Maintain documentation of IT assets and licensing compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL are preferred. Proven experience in IT systems and network administration in UAE. Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Knowledge of IT security frameworks and cloud technologies. Skills & Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Time management and multitasking under pressure.
