Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime to support business operations.
  • Implement security measures, including firewalls and data encryption, to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions for users.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions, leveraging Active Directory or similar systems to ensure appropriate access controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in IT administration or a similar role, showcasing hands-on expertise in managing IT infrastructures.

  • Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator to validate technical skills.

  • Experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, demonstrating adaptability to modern IT environments.

  • MUST BE IN ABUDHABI

  • MS OFFICE PROFICIENTCY OUT OF 10

  • UAE EXPERIENCED IS A MUST
