Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access, while staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems, providing seamless integration that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in IT principles.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role, showcasing hands-on expertise in managing IT systems.

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, demonstrating professional credibility.

  • Proven experience with Windows and Linux server environments, enabling effective management of diverse IT platforms.

  • MUST BE IN ABU DHABI

  • MS OFFICE LEVEL IS PROFICIENTCY

  • HAVE UAE EXPERIENCED

  • MUST HAVE DEGREE IN INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
