Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, Computers, Laptops devices.
  • Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory or equivalent.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email, VPN, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage Backups, Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and antivirus management.
  • Support IT activity for projects
  • Manage Soft phones and Other IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge on Accounting / Zoho is value addition
