Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations: infrastructure, helpdesk, end-user support
  • Manage AD, Microsoft 365, backup & endpoint systems
  • Lead IT support team, handle escalations, ensure SLA compliance
  • Administer firewalls, VPN, antivirus, patching tools
  • Manage IT assets, vendor relations, procurement
  • Lead IT projects: server migration, cloud deployment, upgrades
  • Ensure cybersecurity practices, align with ISO/IT policy compliance
  • Create SOPs, maintain documentation, and report to leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Azure
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, patching, backup & recovery systems
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity tools (EDR/XDR, antivirus, DLP)
  • Team management and project leadership experience
  • Strong documentation, communication, and reporting ability

Certifications Preferred

  • ITIL, PMP, CEH, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications
