Roles & Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

Experience in IT Document preparation

Experience in Backup software s & Devices

Experience in Servers, Firewalls & networking devices

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Knowledge of network security practices

Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats

Good working knowledge of Storage systems SAN, NAS

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more

Engage and manage third-party support
