Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to drive strategic IT
initiatives, lead business partnering efforts, and oversee end-to-end solution delivery for Supply
Chain functions including planning, logistics, manufacturing, quality and EH&S.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Business Partner to Supply Chain Stakeholders - Collaborate with key SC
  stakeholders (e.g. Planning Lead, Manufacturing Lead, Logistics Lead, Engineering &
  Packaging Lead, QSE Lead) to align on business priorities and pain points.
• Manufacturing Execution System Implementation - Lead the deployment of connected
  factory strategies aimed at optimizing manufacturing cost, maintenance, labor
  productivity, and related KPIs.
• Supply & Production Planning - Drive digital initiatives to improve forecast accuracy,
  demand variability, and inventory optimization across supply and production planning
  processes.
