Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide 24 x 7 on call support to users
- Provide technical service, support and assistance to users
- Configure new PC by installing Operating System, updates, patches, application software and configuring user account
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of all IT equipment’s including desktop, laptop, printers, token system and etc.
- To coordinate with vendors/service contractors for maintenance of Token system, printers, PABX system, call logger, door access, video conference device, etc.
- To coordinate and maintain cordial relationship with all user, doctors, Dubai IT Team and departments for smooth functionality of work
- Monitoring and updating software patch
- Antivirus scanning and updating
- Maintaining smooth function of telephones and LAN
- Maintain network infrastructure by installing switch, access point, network point and crimping of cables.
