Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve system issues Strong understanding of Information Technology fundamentals, including system maintenance and infrastructure monitoring Knowledge of Networking concepts and Network Security practices Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within technical support teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with server management, networking tools, and security protocols Relevant certifications in IT or networking, such as CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent, are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, demonstrating technical competence.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role, showcasing hands-on expertise in system management.
