Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support across locations.
Assist in configuration and maintenance of firewalls (VPN, user access, security rules).
Manage and support Windows/Linux servers.
Monitor and maintain network systems, including Aruba switches.
Support SQL Server databases (basic maintenance, backups, troubleshooting).
Provide support for CRM applications and internal systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Handle user support requests and resolve IT tickets efficiently.
Assist in system upgrades, installations, and patches.
Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years of relevant IT support and infrastructure experience
Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate firewall configuration
Server administration (Windows/Linux)
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switching)
Aruba switch exposure preferred
Basic SQL Server knowledge
CRM support exposure
Strong troubleshooting skills
