Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, systems, and network security. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced financial environment and should be comfortable handling both technical troubleshooting and strategic tech implementation. Your work will be critical in ensuring seamless daily operations and safeguarding our trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain and monitor company hardware, software, and network systems.

-Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all IT systems.

-Provide first-line support for internal teams on technical issues.

-Implement cyber-security protocols and monitor threats or vulnerabilities.

-Manage server backups, recovery systems, and disaster recovery plans.

-Collaborate with software development teams to ensure system compatibility.

-Setup and manage secure environments for trading platforms and data.

-Troubleshoot trading software and related IT systems in real-time.

-Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets.

-Support on boarding of employees with required tech tools and access rights.

Key Requirements

-Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support/engineering.

-Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, and cyber-security protocols.

-Proficiency in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work under pressure, especially during trading hours.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills
