Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic IT Executive to design, architect, implement, and maintain computer systems, networks, within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in system administration, with specific expertise in ERP implementation. The role requires hands-on management of network infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting across systems, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation: Lead and manage ERP system implementation and integration across the organization.
System Design & Architecture: Design and architect computer systems, networks, and software applications tailored to organizational needs.
System Administration: Perform user management, security administration, backups, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues with systems, networks, and software applications.
Network Management: Oversee and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), monitoring performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with IT professionals (developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists) to ensure seamless and integrated IT solutions.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation on system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting, performance, and security.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Must have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (HR, Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related modules).
Experience with ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support.
Ability to meet deadlines, extensive hardware knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and dedication to network security.
Must be able to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
