Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring technology serves as a catalyst for growth.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while encouraging professional development.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor IT budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology solutions that support organizational goals and streamline processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and executive leadership, communicating technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Provide end-user and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, servers, enterprise applications, telecom systems, and networking equipment.
  • Deliver high-priority support for VIP users and corporate meetings.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, and software for new joiners.
  • Provide in-house IT equipment and network support for the Owner and senior management.
  • Create, manage, and delete user accounts, distribution lists, and security groups in Active Directory.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Mimecast, and Exchange Online (OWA).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and the Office suite.
  • Provide technical support for conference rooms, guests, events, AV setups, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
  • Monitor IT assets, system performance, backups, and maintain detailed SOP documentation.
  • Oversee Wi-Fi networks, IP phones, CCTV systems, and printer hardware; coordinate with vendors for maintenance and consumables (e.g., toner supplies).
  • Manage data backup and recovery processes, ensuring business continuity.
  • Ensure LAN connectivity, monitor antivirus logs, and maintain network security.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP to demonstrate knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and budgets, with proven results in delivering within scope and on time.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management strategies to protect organizational assets.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation trends to drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-departmental collaborations effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset, able to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset, especially in multicultural environments.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin center, and Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, firewalls, IP phones, CCTV, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure support situations.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
