Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IT Incharge to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations of all systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user systems.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, software applications, and IT hardware.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, and internet issues.
Manage firewalls, antivirus systems, and endpoint security to ensure data protection.
Install and maintain CCTV systems, access control, and office surveillance infrastructure.
Administer user accounts, email systems, and Active Directory permissions.
Maintain data backups, disaster recovery systems, and server monitoring.
Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
Support network devices, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-8 years of experience in IT support / system administration.
Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN, and firewall management.
Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and IT security solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup solutions.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNA
MCSE
CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+
ITIL Certification (preferred)
