Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Log and track support requests using the company s ticketing system.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up user accounts and equipment.
Document solutions and create user guides for common technical issues.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Availability to work onsite as required by the workplace arrangement.
