Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: IT Helpdesk Engineer
Skills: IT Helpdesk,Technical Support,Troubleshooting
Experience: 2+ years
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Mode: Work from office
Language : Arabic & English
- Provide technical assistance to users by identifying issues, researching solutions, and guiding them through corrective steps.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to ensure optimal workstation and LAN performance.
- Maintain and update client documentation to improve reference materials and support efficiency.
- Participate in the development of client training programs by identifying learning gaps and recommending instructional content.
- Support clients with disabilities by recommending appropriate assistive devices and techniques.
- Monitor compliance with service agreements to avoid legal challenges and ensure service quality.
- Recommend system improvements based on performance analysis and user feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining professional networks.
- Contribute to the organization’s mission by completing related tasks and projects as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN systems, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
- Knowledge of accessibility tools and techniques is a plus.
