Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server platforms (2016/2019/2022) and Linux ensuring availability, performance, and security.

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise virtualization infrastructure (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV).

Perform capacity planning, load balancing, and resource optimization of virtual clusters.

Patch, upgrade, and manage lifecycle of Windows servers, virtual hosts, and hypervisors.

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, ADFS, and PKI services.

Maintain system security by applying hardening standards, monitoring vulnerabilities, and implementing corrective measures.

Configure and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, or equivalent).

Test and validate DR runbooks and ensure RTO/RPO compliance for critical applications.

Troubleshoot incidents related to Windows servers, virtualization, storage, and integration layers.

Monitor system health, logs, and performance using monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent).

Implement automation and orchestration for routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting tools.

Manage server/storage provisioning and maintain accurate IT asset inventories.

Collaborate with security, application, and network teams to ensure end-to-end service availability.

Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud adoption, and virtualization upgrades.

Provide L2 & L3 support for escalated incidents and mentor junior administrators.

Maintain up-to-date documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, knowledge base, and change records.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, licensing requirements, and industry standards (ISO, ITIL, NIST).

Provide regular status reports, capacity utilization metrics, and improvement recommendations to management.
