Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Participate in defining the strategy and objectives for IT development
  • Ensure the organization, monitoring and validation of IT developments
  • Implement development projects based on user needs
  • Managing the IT department's budget: ensuring control of budgets related to information system upgrades
  • Plan the department's activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Installation, maintenance, and security of the operating and information system
  • Define the maintenance policy for the microcomputer fleet
  • Oversee the purchase of computer equipment and software according to expressed needs.
  • Supervise the information network infrastructure and ensure its operation and security
  • Define the norms and standards for databases, tools, systems or networks
  • Plan maintenance schedules
  • Define the quality and security procedures for information systems
  • Identify and address employee needs
  • Define all the internal communication tools necessary for the implementation of new IT projects
  • To monitor technological developments and to proactively propose solutions to management

  • Profile
  • Master's degree or higher in computer science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of applications and technologies.
  • Mastery of security standards and current risks in IT security.
  • Good command of multi-project management methodologies.
  • Interpersonal skills and listening skills.
  • A sense of anticipation and innovation.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technical English.
