Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring technology effectively supports business operations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure management, including hardware and software installations, and ensure optimal performance and security of systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on cost-effective solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in technical principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP, showcasing commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
- Experience in managing cloud services and virtualization technologies, indicating adaptability to modern IT environments.
