IT MANAGER Dashmesh International Trading DWC_LLC

IT Infrastructure & Network Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of all critical systems.
• Maintain system security by establishing access controls, firewalls, antivirus, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and connectivity solutions.

Warehouse Management System (WMS):

• Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize warehouse workflows using WMS features.
• Ensure data accuracy and real-time tracking of inventory within the WMS.
• Train users on WMS functionality and resolve any system-related issues.

General IT Management:

• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures that align with business goals.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement of software/hardware, and licensing compliance.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency and competitiveness.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Oversee helpdesk functions and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated issues.
• Manage system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, network topology, system configurations, and disaster recovery plans.
