1. Oversees and manages College s IT systems and develops its hardware, software networks standards.

2. Supervises the provision of IT technical assistance and user support to College s departments and personnel.

3. Oversees the selection of all IT related services and software, contract negotiation and monitoring of IT service providers.

4. Confers with other departments, agencies, public officials, vendors and contract providers regarding information technology issues; makes presentations on information technology projects, programs, plans and activities.

5. Oversees preparation and administration of IT financial aspects and budgets.

6. Assesses and evaluates all IT related training and development plans.

7. Sets IT Department s budgets and authorizes relevant expenditures in order to attain IT s annual objectives.

8. Attends all IT related meetings and committees.

9. Oversee the day-to-day management of IT Department in order to maintain smooth functioning of Department.

10. Sets annual objectives for the IT Department and its employees and manages employees performance.

11. Provides weekly or periodical reports on the status of all activities to IT Department s tasks; and highlights reasons for delay from agreed schedules, and indicates completion dates.

12. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Dean or College s Management.
