IT Manager / Lead Dizzaract Games

SaaS & Corporate Tools

1. Administer Google Workspace, PeopleForce HR, Slack, ClickUp, Favro, Miro, and corporate password manager.

2. Implement SSO and unified identity management across SaaS.

3. Automate onboarding/offboarding across accounts, permissions, and devices.

4. Track SaaS license usage and report cost-saving opportunities.

Physical Infrastructure & Inventory

1. Manage office servers, laptops, desktops, peripherals, TVs, printers, and other IT devices.

2. Oversee asset lifecycle: procurement, warranty tracking, redundancy, replacement cycles.

3. Maintain IT inventory records that are audit-ready.

Networking & Connectivity

1. Manage and secure office internet with redundancy, firewalls, VPN, and failover setups.

2. Own corporate VPN solutions for both office devices and remote employees.

3. Ensure Wi-Fi segmentation (guest vs. corporate) and reliable connectivity.

Office Facilities & Security (in collaboration with Office Manager)

1. Support and coach the office manager in areas overlapping with IT (card entry systems, surveillance, entry logging).

2. Provide guidance on facility-related systems that affect IT uptime (electricity, fire systems, HVAC).

3. Ensure proper escalation paths exist with building management.

Cybersecurity (Interim Ownership)

1. Act as primary owner of cybersecurity until a Security Engineer is hired.

2. Manage endpoint security, patch management, and threat monitoring.

3. Draft and enforce IT security policies and incident response playbooks.

4. Coordinate with external auditors and penetration testers.

Compliance & Governance

1. Ensure IT systems are audit-ready and aligned with ISO 27001 and ITIL best practices.

2. Document IT policies, processes, incident logs, and change management.

3. Act as co-owner (with HR) of IT-related employee training (security awareness, compliance hygiene).

Budget & Vendor Management (Advisory Role)

1. Monitor IT spend and provide monthly reports to CTO.

2. Suggest cost-efficiency improvements and SaaS consolidation opportunities.

3. Liaise with vendors to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.

Leadership & Reporting

1. Be accountable for IT support/helpdesk, while delegating to junior IT hires as the team grows.

2. Deliver monthly reports on IT KPIs: uptime, incidents, security posture, compliance readiness, and IT spend.

3. Mentor junior IT staff and coach office management on IT-relevant topics.

4. Collaborate with engineering/DevOps where IT intersects with platform needs.
