Job Description:

  • We are seeking an IT Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team an IT service provider.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the support of end-to-end implementation of IT solutions for our clients, ensuring that assigned projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure systems, and integrate software applications, while also coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment.
  • The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA, along with a strong technical background in network infrastructure and systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for driving successful implementations and enhancing client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, showcasing a strong technical foundation.
  • Strictly 2-4 years of hands-on UAE experience in Networking, Security & Server support or administration, demonstrating practical skills in real-world scenarios
  • Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are preferred to validate networking expertise.
  • Proven experience with network monitoring and management tools, indicating proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network issues.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and services, highlighting technical knowledge essential for the role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess complex network issues and devise appropriate solutions.
  • Flexibility to work on-call or outside regular hours as needed to address critical network incidents and ensure reliability.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international teams and document technical processes.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
