Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with facilities teams and internal clients to understand technical requirements and service needs
- Plan and support installation, relocation, upgrades, and changes of network and system equipment
- Diagnose and resolve data network issues and irregular technical faults
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and performance
- Maintain organized and compliant data network cabinets and infrastructure
- Work with CAT 5, fiber optic, and power cabling standards
- Support special events, major moves, and large-scale technical changes
- Execute assigned IT and infrastructure projects as required
- Maintain accurate inventory of network devices, tools, and materials
- Complete technical reports in line with agreed service level requirements
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies and complete required training
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and supervisors
- Support team objectives and act as a role model within the department
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in network or IT infrastructure support
- Practical knowledge of structured cabling, network hardware, and data systems
- Valid driving license
- Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Physically fit to handle equipment and perform installation tasks
- Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and reporting
