Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Server Management

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
  • Perform system updates, backup configuration, and hardware troubleshooting.

2. ERP Administration

  • Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows in the ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendors for upgrades or fixes.

3. CCTV System Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras and NVR systems.
  • Ensure continuous recording, storage health, and remote access functionality.

4. IP Telephony

  • Configure and maintain IP phone systems, extensions, voicemail, and call routing.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP quality, SIP registration, and network-related issues.

5. Networking

  • Manage routers, switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP, and static IP configurations.
  • Implement and maintain network cabling (Ethernet), patch panels, and site connectivity.

6. Fortinet Firewall Administration

  • Configure firewall rules, NAT, security profiles, and traffic policies.
  • Manage Fortinet VPN (SSL and site-to-site) for employees and remote offices.

7. Hardware & Software Provisioning

  • Purchase, install, and maintain hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, plotters, photocopiers).
  • Manage software licenses, updates, antivirus, and troubleshooting.

8. New Employee IT Onboarding

  • Prepare user accounts, email, devices, and required software for new staff.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with IT orientation and initial support.

9. Printer, Plotter & Photocopier Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain printing equipment.
  • Monitor consumables (toner/ink) and perform necessary repairs or maintenance.

10. Time Attendance Systems

  • Configure and manage biometric attendance devices.
  • Ensure proper syncing, network connectivity, and data extraction for HR.

11. IT Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for all staff.
  • Resolve hardware, software, network, and account-related problems.

12. Data Backup & Recovery

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly backup operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, recovery readiness, and secure storage.

13. Microsoft 365 / Outlook Administration

  • Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, user accounts, and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot mailbox issues, synchronization, and connectivity.

  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies.
