Job description: Manage Quality Control (QC) process
Product’s handling, testing, reliability check, stability check, bug finding.
Maintaining testing reports and ensuring compliance of documents required for the purpose of audits.
Be responsible for inspection of the product in all aspects from user and business perspective.
Code testing and testing of product for the purpose of finding bugs, reporting, maintaining data and its history, getting bugs fixed, retesting, and ensuring finally that the product goes for release with no bugs or leakages.
Test cases, test specifications and testing.
Retesting of product post fixing of bugs by development team.
Manage Quality Assurance (QA) process.
Ensure keep evolving best practices and make sure adherence of processes in place.
Ensure compliance and adherence with continuous effort to uplift quality standards of the organization and teams by means of training, documentation, audits and change control mechanism.
Re-assessment of processes in place from time to time.
Manage Compliance & Risk (CT) process
Make sure products or services are comply with a data exchange standard published by an issuing/regulatory authority for respective country/region.
Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies with business continuity plan
Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
Conduct internal software audits to identify variances between deployed and licensed software; ensure deployed software aligns with the quantity and licensing models purchased; rectify variances between deployed and licensed software.
Work with Product Owners/Managers in negotiating license reductions/increases as necessary due to usage.
Research, evaluate, recommend and implement methods, policies, processes, best practices, techniques, technologies and tools for software license management.
Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.
