Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software. Ensures system reliability, security, and data backup while troubleshooting technical issues. Coordinates IT teams, monitors performance, and implements policies to support smooth and efficient operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications like ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
  • 3–5 years in IT operations, support, or system administration.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, system administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, backup/recovery, and IT monitoring tools.
  • Problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, team player, ability to coordinate IT teams.
