Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Develop and deliver customized proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the value and feasibility of proposed IT solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical inquiries and resolving any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for clients and internal teams on implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, or data center technologies.
  • Has experience working in the IT industry, ideally with experience in the financial services or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrates 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role within the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus.
