Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven IT Senior Project Manager to lead strategic hospitality technology projects across JA Resorts & Hotels. This role oversees full-cycle project delivery for Oracle Opera Cloud, Simphony Cloud, and Oracle EBS ERP, ensuring consistent standards across multiple properties and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hotel IT projects, including Opera Cloud, Simphony Cloud, and Oracle EBS ERP.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, hotel operations, and vendors.
• Manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization.
• Deliver regular reports, KPIs, and milestone updates to senior leadership.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively within the AED 30,000 35,000 range.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality IT project management.
• Successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud.
• Full Oracle EBS ERP project delivery experience (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and complex project environments.
• Proficiency in project governance, risk management, and budget control.
