Collaboration with Assistant IT Manager:

• Work closely with the Assistant IT Manager to understand SSG IT strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate on decision-making processes related to IT solutions.

Solution Implementation:

• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including the implementation of new systems and applications.
• Contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions.

Project Management:

• Support the IT Manager in managing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Help coordinate resources and tasks across different teams involved in projects.

Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain documentation for IT solutions, including user guides and system manuals.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of implemented solutions.

Vendor Management:

• Engage with external vendors to evaluate and procure IT solutions and services.
• Support the management of vendor relationships and ensure service levels are met.

Security and Compliance:

• Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance of security measures to protect IT solutions and data.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies and Procedures.

Reports

• Review/Prepare reports prepared by subordinates with regards to the department’s activities and provide recommendations related to areas of improvement accordingly.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to IT solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of problems to minimize disruptions in operations.
