Role Overview:
We are seeking an IT Startup Manager who is driven by innovation, thrives under challenge, and understands the demanding yet rewarding path of building a company from the ground up. The right candidate will be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and capable of executing both operational and strategic goals.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive day-to-day operations, and actively contribute to business development and project delivery. You will work closely with management to translate vision into actionable plans — and execute them with agility and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT startup, including project execution, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead the launch and ongoing management of the company’s delivery app.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain clients in both private and government sectors.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Participate directly in client meetings, proposals, and technical solution presentations.
• Build and guide a small but efficient technical and operational team.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure the startup moves steadily toward profitability and growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, startup operations, or tech-based business development.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of IT services, digital products, and app ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be field-oriented and capable of managing hands-on tasks as well as strategic planning.
