Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with a focus on Arabic-speaking users.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and concise communication in both Arabic and English to resolve technical problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance for all users.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, including troubleshooting routers, switches, and wireless access points, for Arabic-speaking clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possesses relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on supporting Arabic-speaking users.
  • Exhibits fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
