Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure that all relevant IT equipment is working according to normal office requirement.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
3. Load all require software, connect and setup hardware.
4. Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
5. Monitor security of all technology.
6. Maintain log and list of required repairs and maintenance.
7. Support the HQ Staff, ATC Training Academy Manager, and Staff members.
8. Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
9. Regular contact with all employees up to Head of Department level as directed by the Project Leaders for the control and maintenance of all IT equipment including documentation.
10. Accountability for Actions & Impact: Accuracy and timeliness of output. Storage and retrieval of information.
11. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
