Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.

  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

    • Windows Operating Systems

    • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity

    • Printers and peripheral devices

    • Software installations and upgrades

    • PC relocation and workstation setup

  3. Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories.

  4. Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.

  5. Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.

  6. Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.

  7. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).

  • MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA certification will be an advantage.

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License

  • Willingness to travel across SIBCA offices and facilities in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and UAQ

  • Own vehicle preferred
