Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other relevant systems, ensuring data security.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets, documenting all issues and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), showcasing industry-recognized expertise.
  • Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role, indicating practical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and network fundamentals, ensuring technical proficiency.
