Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Provides 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, networking, and security issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, CPUs, and all-in-one systems, including basic hardware repair.
- Manage and configure Office 365, email servers, and email backups.
- Support Windows Server environments (minimum 1- 2 years’ experience), including user management, group policies, and security updates.
- Configure and troubleshoot Avaya IP phones and related telephony systems.
- Experience in firewalls, domains, and hosting services, ensuring security and uptime.
- Handle installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and business applications.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT support experience.
- Solid understanding of firewalls, networking protocols.
- Proficiency in software/hardware installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Access point installation and configuration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as an IT Engineer, IT Support, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
