Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. • Install, configure, and update software and peripheral devices. • Set up and maintain network and system security protocols. • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems. • Document and update technical procedures and manuals. • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Solid understanding of server administration, networking (LAN/WAN), and cybersecurity principles. • Ability to install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems. • Knowledge of ITSM and ticketing systems. • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
