Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues across departments.
* Maintain computer systems, user accounts, and application programs.
* Install, configure, and update operating systems and hotel management software.
* Support POS systems, servers, and telecommunications equipment.
* Monitor daily data communications, network logs, and backup processes.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and IT policies.
* Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with corporate IT standards.
* Collaborate with vendors and IT management to plan and implement upgrades.

Ideal Profile

* Familiarity with network systems, user account management, and hardware maintenance.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
