Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures;
Provide level 1/2 support for various users in the group on Windows OS, Microsoft Office, VMware virtual desktop, VOIP and then investigate and troubleshoot issues;
Handle tickets and escalation.
Provide documentation and a knowledge based on recurrent issues for employee self-service;
Create, manage and update users on business applications and troubleshoot connectivity;
Administer mail server and manage mail filter;
Administer windows server environment and manage printer servers, active directory and file servers;
Administer and manage, access controls, WiFi and VOIP systems;
Performing other duties requested by manager.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or any related field
2 to 3 years of experience in IT
Systematic and Dynamic;
Good Knowledge in IT Security is a plus;
Willing to travel for 1-2 weeks every 2-3 months (mainly to Europe);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in English, French is a plus.
