IT Technical Support Jobs Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented IT Technical Support for our firm , location Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
• Handle client inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve client complaints
• Receive, Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource and diagnose errors or technical problems
• Follow up client calls where necessary
• Perform basic account and or server maintenance activities
Job Responsibility
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Setting up new user s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Responding within agreed time limits to queries
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers
• Follow all company s filed procedures and protocols
