Roles & Responsibilities
The The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an exceptional IT Technician to join a well-established, supportive team within a highly successful school community The closing date for applications is 05th June 2026. About the Role As IT Technician you will support the organisation and deliver a high level of technicial support to BISAD staff and students. Main duties will include: • Investigate and resolve technical issues with BISAD computers • Perform ongoing maintenance on BISAD's IT equipment • Provide technical assistance with IWBs, projectors, printers, photocopiers, phones and other peripheral devices • Ensure the security of all ICT assets • Use the IT helpdesk to prioritise and track support requests
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support and helpdesk support systems - Essential
- Degree level education in relevant discipline - Preferable
- A good understanding of Office 365 suites - Essential
- High levels of personal integrity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Ideally the candidate will already be living in Abu Dhabi
