Contributes general knowledge and skill in technology to provide first- and some second-level support and break-fix (repairs, installations, maintenance of all property & above property-based systems) for multiple units. Generally works under supervision and within well-established guidelines to complete routine tasks. Is responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance on all property & above property-based technologies.
Follow all c ompany policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests service needs; assist other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations/standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement newways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity,quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplace objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.Stand, sit, or walk for extended periodsof time. Enter and locate information using computers/ Point of Sale (POS) systems. Move upand downstairs/ramps. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested by Supervisors.
