Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and practice for interviews by understanding common questions and formulating strategic responses.
- Design and develop robust backend solutions using Java, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Implement RESTful APIs, integrating with various data sources, and ensuring seamless communication between client and server.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and elevating overall code quality across the team.
- Utilize frameworks like Spring and Hibernate to enhance application functionality and simplify development processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications using tools like JUnit, ensuring reliability and performance throughout the software lifecycle.
- Maintain an organized job application tracker to monitor progress and follow up on applications and interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Java development, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge and skills.
- Proficiency in core Java concepts and object-oriented programming principles, ensuring robust and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate, enhancing development efficiency and application performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, essential for troubleshooting and optimizing applications.
