Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with clients through personalized service, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various gemstones and metals, guiding customers in selecting pieces that suit their style and budget.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked to entice customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging designs to provide informed recommendations and enhance customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business, marketing, or gemology.
1-3 years of experience in jewellery sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewellery sector, showcasing a strong sales record.
Familiarity with jewellery certifications, such as GIA, enhances credibility and builds customer trust.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
