2. Adopting appropriates methods time-to-time to boost search engine optimization
3. Logging the enquiries come-in by emails, phone, visits, walk-in, references or thru any means to our CRM maintaining its uniqueness and by being the ‘owner’ of that particular lead.
4. Primary screening of the prospect from all possible sources like their corporate website, social websites, promotional websites, our earlier marketing efforts, in-house databases like world card, email repository, existing clients etc.
5. Identify the way of proper communication channel need to be established by the client. Pioneering in establishing a smooth communication channel.
6. Evaluation of the potential requirement by emailing our company profile, appropriate products brochure, relevant clients list etc. to assess the genuinely of the enquiry.
7. Arranging sales meeting with PPTs, live demonstration without a technical person to understand/ asses’ their software budget/ the spending potential etc. and to estimate the software price if the requirement is not complex on which majority of the requirement can be mapped to our existing features in FactsSHARP / FactsERP.
8. Convincing the prospect about our reach in customizing the software to suit their complicated business logics, mentioning a higher/ ballpark/ indicative price if possible.
9. Arranging full-fledged demonstration/ meeting for the technical person to estimate the total cost in more realistic. Breaking down the modules and features to specify the price, so that customer can opt for, if they have lesser budget considering the price and quoted.
10. Preparing Software Proposal precisely and accurately considering it as a legal contract, clearly mentioning the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, implementation period, warranty period, AMC details.
11. Further proactive follow-ups, communication / correspondence, negotiations (as per check list) to close the deal.
