Purpose of the role:

To ensure that the organization achieves its corporate objectives by developing and implementing innovative, effective Human Resource Management strategies, practices and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:

•Drive HR strategies as per business requirement;
•Lead implement core HR programs into the business insuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term;
•Partner with Management team to facilitate organization and culture change in line with Organization Values.
•Manpower budgets, Talent Acquisition, Recruitments (Local & Expats), Induction and ensuring the right cultural fit;
•Develop/ implement new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements & review the same periodically.
•Create competency based Job Descriptions, Conceptualize & Implement KRAs & KPIs driven web based PMS system;
•Implement Competency Mapping for all the employees;
•Conduct Performance Management coaching sessions for senior management;
•Implement in-house training in the organization aimed at continuous training & learning of employees and design & implement annual training calendar;
•Conceptualized & implemented talent management & succession planning policy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Specification:

•Graduation in any discipline;
•Post-graduate diploma/ MBA in HR/ IR/ Organization Behavior from reputed B School;
•Certification in HR process areas such as compensation, competency, job evaluation is preferred;
•10 + years of experience in Strategic HR Planning, HR Policies & Processes with a reputed company.
